ATV Training at Wayne National Forest in Lawrence County Ohio

October 25, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.



A free training course in all terrain-vehicle safety is scheduled at the Wayne National Forest Bear Top rider-safety training field at the junction of RT. 522 and County Road 41S, about 2 miles west of RT.93 in Lawrence County in southeastern Ohio.

The course is open to ATV riders who are 12 or older.

The program is focusing on younger riders who are most vulnerable to ATV accidents, it is also an opportunity for families to learn together about safety.

Participants must register by Wednesday by calling the OSU Extension office at 740-354-7879 or e-mailing Regina Kuhn at kuhn.484@osu.edu.
